Let yourself be drawn into the dramatic past

The Stachelberg Fortress is a unique complex - here you will find a huge modern fortress in the middle of construction. Large bunkers are scattered on the surface, one of which has been concreted over. Here, for your edification, you will find a  historical exhibition and the entrance to the main thing - the extensive underground of the fortress. With a guide, you will walk through more than a kilometer of spaced-out corridors and halls at a depth of up to 50 meters below the surface.

But your tour doesn't have to end there - with a different guide you can head to the  small surface fortresses that make up the real story of the Czechoslovak fortifications. You will see how our fortifications functioned in various variations until the end of the 20th century through specific armed objects.

UNDERGROUND TOUR

Underground tours start from the large bunker (ticket office).

150 CZK (adults) | 100 CZK (children 6-15) | 400 CZK (family)

Length 50 to 60 minutes

Please note the low underground temperature (9°C) and 186 steps.

SMALL BUNKERS TOUR

You can visit several smaller objects of light and field fortifications in the fortress area.

Voluntary admission

Duration for each object about 10 minutes
